There have been changes to the Community By-Laws. ::

Many of you may have noticed the work being done on Echo Road.
The road has been deteriorating over the years and has been in much
need of repair. A Road Repair Bill has been sent in
the mail to each homeowner. This is to cover the expenses of
the
latest fixes
including a new catch-basin and cold patches to fill potholes
where the road has eroded away. The bill will be in the
amount of $120 and is payable upon receipt ASAP. The checks
can be mailed to Candlewood Echoes Association, PO Box 212,
Sherman, CT 06784.
Also in the mail this month are new proposed by-laws changes.
Please take a moment to review them, they will be voted on at the
next Community Meeting (date to be announced)

We hope you all have a happy and safe Independence Day weekend!
June 27, 2005 E-mail, anyone? Effective
immediately we can now offer personal email addresses for each
household! Now all your family and friends can reach you at
youraddress@candlewoodechoes.com. For example:
if you lived at 50 Rose Lane, your email address can be
50RoseLane@candlewoodechoes.com This is a
great way to contact friends and neighbors in the community!!
For privacy reasons, this is not automatic! In order
to get your email address activated, you must contact
and provide information as to
how you would like your email delivered.

The Candlewood Echoes Association annual fees are now due
in the amount of $300 and should be paid on or before
October 1, 2005 to avoid penalty. This is an
increase of $50 from previous years. The decision was made
by majority vote on June 12, 2005.
Annual meetings are no longer ANNUAL!! It was
motioned and approved at the last meeting that we are now to have
quarterly meetings to keep closer communications with our
neighbors and to keep tabs on current events in the community.
The next Association meeting will be held on October 29, 2005.
Please try to attend! More information on location and time
to follow.
